On The Hudson River Bank in Manhattan, Washington Heights
Manhattan, New York — No idea where the skyscrapers have all gone. The only thing I know is that they are not here to obstruct my eyesight. I am having a well deserved rest on the Hudson River Bank. It is easy to get with all your camping gear if you have a cart like mine. I did it all by myself. It took me some days to make it because I am neither a professional sewing machine nor a hobby fashion designer. But believe me. I did a very good job. The bag is made of sturdy tarpaulin. Therefore, my sandwiches never get ‘moisturized’ in stormy weathers.

VOA Voice Of America :
‘On a cold weekend this month, thousands of people waited in the rain to visit twenty unusual buildings set up in the heart of Washington, DC. They gathered to see buildings that get all the power they need from the sun. But these structures were not just about solar power. They offered visitors a chance to step into the future of home design and household technology.
The houses were entered in the Two Thousand Nine Solar Decathlon. The United States Department of Energy organized the event. It brought together teams representing twenty universities from Canada, Germany, Spain and the United States. The main goal was to create beautiful homes that can meaningfully cut energy use.

Germany Wins 2009 Solar Decathlon
The competition was first held in two thousand two and has taken place every two years since two thousand five.

_______
At last…
It has been one of my strongest wishes all these years. I have many chargers and it’s such a nightmare to grab the right one at the first glance. They are all black and stupid. I hate having thousands of chargers to keep me company. I could hug the gentlemen who signed the agreement which opens up a new era. These people understand me very good. No doubt about that. Congratulations, gentlemen ! Great job ! I am very proud of you.
