Nothing but time can cure the common cold, but a simple cup of salt water might ease the misery this winter. A sore, itchy throat and respiratory congestion are some of the more common symptoms of a cold, and gargling with salt water seems to help for several reasons.

The Claim: Some People Dream Only in Black and White

In an age of high-definition television and vivid cinematography, it might seem peculiar to think that anyone would experience colorless dreams.
The other night, I had a nightmare. It was not in black & white, not in color. It was just scary. As I woke up, my heart was pounding like hell and I was very sad. In my bad dream I was weeping a lot. I wont’t tell you the reason of my fears; some people would worry unnecessarily.

Is surfing the Internet altering your brain?
The Internet is not just changing the way people live but altering the way our brains work with a neuroscientist arguing this is an evolutionary change which will put the tech-savvy at the top of the new social order.
Delta, Katrina, Olga, Rebecca… are not always blonde feminine creatures with beautiful hair and sexy legs. These names are also given to hurricanes, to help us identify storms and track them as they move along the oceans.

In the past, some reached the tropical continents, hitting them with all force, destroying everything, and leaving behind them nothing but sorrow and despair. Gustav just hit the Gulf Coast, scaring everybody.
